Orders and pricing

These terms apply to purchases from SnowBrush. Product prices are displayed in USD. Shipping charges and applicable taxes are shown at checkout before payment. Optional add-ons are charged only when you choose them.

Shipping and delivery

Estimated delivery is 6–15 business days from your order date, excluding weekends and public holidays. Delivery times may vary by destination, carrier or customs processing. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Returns and refunds

You may request a return of an undamaged item within 30 days of delivery. If the item has no fault or defect, you are responsible for the return shipping costs to the designated address provided by our support team. See our Refund Policy for the process and terms.

Optional services

Shipping Protection is an optional $6.99 USD service covering loss or damage in transit. A 1 Year Warranty add-on is available for $15.99 USD. Optional services do not replace or restrict any statutory consumer rights.
