30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. For a non-defective return, the item must be undamaged and returned with its included components.

How to return an item

Contact perfectplushie@outlook.com with your order number before sending your return. We will provide the designated return address and instructions. Please use the address we provide.

Return shipping costs

If the item has no fault or defect, you are responsible for paying the return shipping costs to the designated address.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Contact us with your order number and details of the problem. The customer-paid shipping rule for non-defective returns does not apply to these cases. We will arrange the appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights or remedies available under applicable law.
